REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you product arrives damaged or if it is the incorrect product please email images of the product to orders@pineapplejam.com.au and we will look into the matter promptly. If the product is deemed to be damaged or if the wrong product has been delivered, we will at your instruction either process a refund or replace the product. Unfortunately as our products are consumable we do not accept returns on products unless they are damaged, out of date or they do not match your order.
