Flair bartending is just one of the premium services Pineapple Jam offers. We're proud to be the only company in Australia to employ qualified and reputable flair bartenders to perform unique flair tricks alongside our director, Clinton Weir. Each of our flair bartenders brings experience, passion and personality to every event.
A part of the premier Pineapple Jam experience is service always coming first. So our cocktail and flair bartenders are experts at judging when to perform a few tricks and when to focus on serving drinks. This ensures service is always flowing and guests are both entertained and satisfied throughout the entire event.

OUR FLAIR SERVICES
SERVICE ONLY PACKAGE
Pineapple Jam offers 2 types of Flair bartending services:
- Working flair - Is where the bartenders manage and run a service from a mobile bar setup of a venue's bar and focuses on service first then adding clever tricks between making drinks and service customers. This is an add on service to our cocktail packages as not all bartenders can manage a good cocktail & flair service.
- Exhibition Flair shows - This is a full stage show performance which is done on a stage as a feature performance or behind the venue's bar or our mobile bar setups and requires service to stop for the show to commence and then service can continue after the show. We have 4 types of shows performed by either Clinton or one of Pineapple Jam’s senior flair team.
FLAIR BARTENDING SHOW
Our signature flair bartending show is a classic for a reason. Our flair bartenders perform popular flair tricks like juggling multiple objects (liquor bottles and shakers) and balancing glasses to make the drink of your choice.
FIRE FLAIR BARTENDING SHOW
Our fire flair bartending show adds the element of fire to a regular flair experience. So our experienced flair bartender juggles and balances multiple bottles with flames shooting out the top. It's an eye-catching experience you won't be able to look away from, as you watch him throw the bottles in the air and as they spin, you wonder how exactly he will catch them. Sometimes they're even caught in one hand.
UV GLOW-IN-THE-DARK FLAIR BARTENDING SHOW
Our UV flair bartending show is a fun idea that's perfect for milestone birthday parties. Our flair bartender wears glow-in-the-dark apparel and performs their flair tricks with glow-in-the-dark equipment. This includes UV bottles and cocktail shakers. Our many bartenders create cocktails that look breathtaking against the dark backdrop.
GOLDEN PINEAPPLE COCKTAIL SHOW
This is a unique experience exclusive to Pineapple Jam. Our Golden Pineapple Cocktail Shows incorporate mind-bending flair bartending moves and other skills (including sabrage) to pair an unforgettable performance with unforgettable cocktails. Our flair bartenders pour cuts like no one else to create your cocktails.

Meet Our Director
Pineapple Jam's multi-award-winning director, Clinton Weir, is the only person who performs our flair shows. Since winning his first competition in 2002, he has since accumulated 27 national titles in cocktail and flair competitions across three countries. He has performed his flair bartending moves at celebrity house parties, private island gatherings and at the 2011 Royal Wedding at Buckingham Palace.
He is recognised as one of the world's most creative bartenders, so whichever flair show you choose, rest assured you will enjoy an entertaining and mind-blowing guest experience.
