DELUXE EDIBLE & MOLECULAR COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
$349 PER PERSON – 3.5 HOURS
Join us for this first of its kind full sensory cocktail experience. learn how to make 5 of Pineapple Jam’s specialty molecular cocktails using smoking’s guns, liquid nitrogen, and flavoured bubble guns, all matched with our edible cocktail counterpart for each recipe.
This session is hosted by award winning bartender Clinton Weir and Michelin star trained chef Thomas Damm, from Damm Good Catering in this super exclusive cocktail & food experience.
